| When we decided we were going to go back home for a visit I called my cousin Sandra to let her know we were coming. She said there was going to be a birthday celebration for her mom..my Aunt Eva, my Dad's sister. She invited us to her 75th birthday party. This is when it turns into a mini family reunion, my Uncle Ralphie from Halifax (I have not seen him since I was about 12) my Aunt Ralphina from Halifax who I last saw 4 yrs ago for the first time in 32 yrs, Ralphie's son Ryan, whom I have never met, his adorable 3 yr old son and his cute girlfriend. My cousin Anne Marie from Ontario ( I have not seen since I was 16) and her charming and beautiful daughter. My cousin Mary Catherine and husband were also there from Halifax. We went out for a nice dinner at a local restaurant and then went back to Sandra's for cake. |
